Concept project: illustrative work, not client work
A mobile app concept for booking parcel pickups, paying online and following each delivery in real time. It is shaped by the day-to-day needs of a travel and courier operation: quick booking at the counter, clear delivery status for customers and fewer “where is my parcel?” calls.
